Celebrating 30 years in Aikido

AIKIDO

Martial arts as a practice of developing the courage
to stay in the present moment and face things as they are
with an open heart.

What's New!!

Non Falling Aikido Classes!

Many people over the years have expressed an interest
in learning Aikido but for a variety of reasons have been hesitant to take it up.
Here is an opportunity to experience yourself doing Aikido in a dojo, on the mat with
a highly qualified instructor, without being thrown around!

In these classes we will work with embodying the principles of Aikido
in a safe and effective manner.

This includes:
Distinguishing between Thinking and Feeling.
Integrating Mind, Body and Spirit.
Connecting with Yourself and Others.
Relaxing under Pressure.
Going With what’s Happening instead of Resisting it.
Grounding & Centering.
Being Present with Expanded Awareness.
Taking Action in a Balanced Way.
Channeling Energy Effectively.
